Countries And World Borders
Both the list of countries and their respective borders dataset have been retrieved from Mappinghacks.com with modifications from Thematicmapping.org. It is known that several of the borders are disputed. 246countries does not aim to put neither the borders nor the size nor the existance of any country into question.

Availability Of The Service
All sponsor information will stay online for the lifetime of this website. Although I can not give any guaranty regarding the expected lifetime nor availability of this service, I'll do my best to keep it online for at least 1 year after the latest country sale executed.

Billing
All charges have to be payed directly through Paypal. No separate invoices are made out!

Verification Of Orders
Verification means that I will first check that the respective country is still available. If the country was sold already your purchase will be revoked and your money be refunded. I will also verify that the transmitted name, logo and linked website are not of an obscene or infringing nature. In such cases the purchase will be annulled as well and the buyers money be refunded. If for any reason your are buying a country without sending your name, link and logo afterwards, the missing information can not displayed on the website.
